On September 18, the Schuch family experienced a devastating house fire that turned their lives upside down. Becca, Bill, and their son, Bowen “Bo,” are safe, but their home and belongings suffered extensive fire and smoke damage.
In the middle of processing everything they have lost, they are now facing the overwhelming task of finding temporary housing, replacing essential household items and furniture, and rebuilding a sense of stability for their family.
They also experienced the heartbreaking loss of their beloved dog, Roxy, who was unable to recover from the effects of smoke inhalation. While grieving Roxy and helping Bo process such an unimaginable loss, Becca and Bill are also being asked to make countless decisions about what comes next.
Anyone who knows the Schuch family knows how much love, joy, and support they pour into the people around them. Their friends, school communities, and football families are now coming together to surround them with that same love and support.
Funds raised will go directly to the Schuch family to assist with:
• Immediate and temporary housing
• Furniture and essential household items
• Fire recovery and unexpected expenses
• Veterinary expenses for Roxy
• Helping the family rebuild and establish a new home
Every donation, share, prayer, and offer of support means more than we can express. No contribution is too small. Our goal is to ease as much of the financial burden as possible so Becca and Bill can focus on their family and begin taking things one moment at a time.
Thank you for helping us show the Schuch family that they are not walking through this alone.
