Hi, my name is Katie Jo, and I’m creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my dear friends, the Reek family.

On Monday, December 1st, Dale Reek attempted to end his life. Thanks to the swift actions of his wife, Heather, and the first responders who arrived on the scene, Dale was airlifted to the hospital and rushed into emergency brain surgery. Over the past week and a half, he has remained in the ICU, fighting, healing, and beginning a long recovery journey.

The emotional and financial impact on the Reek family is immense. Heather, Veronica, and Gavin have been by Dale’s side every moment they can, supporting him, navigating difficult updates, and holding each other up through an incredibly tender and uncertain time.

All funds raised will go directly to supporting the Reek family, including:
