On New Year’s Day, 2026, the Keefauver family—Kris, Jacqueline, their two young kids and their beloved bulldog, Tuna—faced a devastating tragedy when a fire broke out in their home. We are heartbroken to share that the house appears to be a total loss.

For years, Kris and Jacqueline have been the backbone of our community, always the first to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Now, it is our turn to show up for them. They have lost nearly everything, and while we are incredibly grateful that the whole family (including Tuna!) is safe, the road to rebuilding is long. Please consider donating to help them cover immediate expenses like clothing, food, and temporary housing as they begin to navigate this difficult journey.
