Helping the Erkula Family

The Erkula family from Old Tappan, NJ, need your support. On August 17th, Metin and his sister in law, Songul and their family dog, Boncuk, were traveling back home from Iowa. Around 11 pm their semi truck left the road and struck the concrete barrier. This caused the vehicle to jackknife and the fuel tank to rupture. The semi truck caught fire and they were trapped inside. All were pronounced dead at the scene.

Metin Erkula is the husband to Sengul and father to twins, Melek and Mert. Songul is the sister to Sengul and Aunt to the twins. The family is distraught by this tragic accident. Metin was the main income to the family.

We are reaching out to family and friends in the community for support in these difficult times. The monies raised will help to ease the financial burden on the Erkula family.
