Helping orphans in Ecuador
Hello, my name is Brandon Lee; I am a freshman in high school, and this winter I am taking a humanitarian trip to Ecuador with some of my classmates. The orphanage I will be working with is OSSO, the Orphanages Support Service Organization. The OSSO does everything possible to help the children living in orphanages and similar institutions reach their full potential. Research shows that for children to thrive they need to be cared meaningfully for and have interactions with caregivers. Learn more about the orphanage at http://www.orphanagesupport.org/
All the money received will go directly to funding the trip and a portion will fund the orphanage. While we are there, I will be doing everything I can to help the orphans. For example, we will be changing diapers and clothes, feeding children, playing with the kids and helping the staff out. I want to serve the orphans, help them have a great Christmas, and work towards the mission of the orphanage.
I know this trip will impact the children's lives in Ecuador in a positive way. Every penny from you would mean so much to me and the orphans in Ecuador. I will need $2,900 by December 15, and anything you are able to donate will help me.
Thank you!
Brandon
