After more than a year and a half of the ongoing genocide being perpetrated against our people by the Israeli occupation, I find myself in urgent and desperate need of your help.

My name is Nael Shaheen, I am 27 years old, from the Jabalia refugee camp in Gaza. I have survived many previous wars. Before the outbreak of the genocide, I worked as a football player and participated in many international tournaments with the Palestinian national team.

My family, consisting of my parents and seven siblings, has endured the horrors of the ongoing war. We lost our home and everything we owned, and we also lost our primary source of income. My dream was to live a dignified life and be able to support my family.

Now, we are in an extremely difficult situation. We have experienced immense pain and loss, including the death of my cousin, my cousin’s daughter, my aunt, and the children of my uncles and aunts during this genocide.

Despite all of this, we continue to hold onto hope, knowing that even in the darkest times, there is light in our memories and our resilience. We hold onto our love and compassion, and we try to smile amidst the pain. However, the need for support has become urgent, and I need your help to meet the basic needs of my family and ensure our survival in a safe place.

With your support, I will be able to provide care for my parents and ensure that my family has food, clothing, and a safe place to stay during these trying times.
