Hello, my name is Brenda. I am reaching out for help as my family is facing an incredibly difficult time.

Recently, my mother suffered a severe injury while walking her two dogs outside of her home. A man walking his dog off-leash approached her suddenly, causing her dogs to react protectively. In an attempt to hold them back, she fell forcefully—landing on her knees first and then on her face. As a result, she sustained a fractured left knee, a broken tooth, and multiple scratches and bruises across her face. She has since undergone knee surgery and is now in recovery.

This situation has placed a significant financial burden on my family, as my mother does not have health insurance. I am doing my best to support her, but the costs have become overwhelming. Additionally, my father is struggling with his own recovery after undergoing surgery to have part of his foot amputated due to complications from diabetes. He also does not have insurance and is currently unable to work, making this an especially challenging time for us.

I am humbly asking for donations to help cover my mother’s medical expenses as she heals. Any contribution, no matter the size, would be deeply appreciated. Your generosity and kindness would make a world of difference for my family during this devastating time—both emotionally and physically.
