Although I now live in the United States, Jamaica will always be home. My heart is with the community of Guy’s Hill, St. Catherine, which has been severely affected by Hurricane Melissa. Many families are facing immense challenges in rebuilding their homes and lives.
Thankfully, my immediate family is safe, though my cousin lost their entire roof. I am committed to helping them, along with five other families in our community, recover from this devastation.
I am raising funds to provide essential support — including roofing materials, basic furniture, and food supplies — to help these families restore their homes and rebuild their lives. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference.
Together, we can bring hope to those affected and demonstrate the resilient spirit of Jamaica: strong, united, and unbreakable.
Thank you for your generosity and support.
