Helping my brother who is alive by God's grace

Hello, my name is Amarilis and today I'm raising money to help my brother Jose Johnson, known as Tony or simply Jose. As many of you know, he was diagnosed with throat cancer last year on October 2021. Had chemotherapy and radiation. In February this year 2022 he was told that he was cancer free. He developed an infection that was treated with oral antibiotics to no avail. A month ago the infection got worse and was flown from St. Petersburg Florida hospital to Gainesville where more than 10 doctors were waiting for him and had his first surgery that same night. In total he had 7 surgeries in a matter of 3 weeks. His infection had gotten to his chest wall and right arm and his trachea. Today he's alive because we serve a wonderful God and we had an army praying for him.

The reason for this fundraiser: Thank God my brother is back home but is in need of an adjustable bed. His dear wife who has been by his side 24/7 and is a great spouse has sent me the link of one they feel he will benefit from and I said that with the help of family and friends we can help them get the much needed adjustable bed. I know that God will provide through your help.

I thank God that my one and only brother is still with us. God is giving him another chance to live and will heal him totally where he will be able to talk again without the trachea and tell the whole world what God has done for him.
