Helping Melissa and Jace

- [ ] As most of you know my niece and nephew recently lost their dad and they are now here in NJ with Kristina, who selflessly took the kids in without hesitation. It was THE BEST thing for those kids. Things have not been good for them for a very long time. Kristina literally jumped in the car and drove 7 hours to NC and 7 hours back with the kids in one day. With NOTHING, they literally had nothing. No clothes, none of their toys, nothing was left and the stuff that was was so disgusting she left them there. The kids need A LOT of help. Therapy, school, sports, medical care, on top of clothes and toys. So many people have reached out and asked to help, as everyone knows I’m not a big fan of gofundme me, but this is a case where it is truly needed. These kids didn’t ask for this and we want to do everything we can to give them the life that they deserve. We thought about an amazon wish list, but they will grow out of the clothes so quick, Kristina set up a savings account that’s just for the kids. To cover everything they need, including money for college. Right now they have NOTHING. Not even medical coverage, trying to get things from the state is a nightmare. It’s sad. We all love these kids and just want them to feel safe and have a normal life. They are so loved and we are so humbled and thankful for every single person that has reached out to help. It certainly takes an army and we are so lucky to have so many amazing friends in our life who reach out to ask how they are and see if they need anything. So thank you to every single one of you who have helped and want to help, from the bottom of our hearts, it’s appreciated and the kids thank you too ❤️ Just know, their mother is not in their life, NONE of this money will have ANYTHING to do with her. I just want to be clear on that. I’m not going to go any further with that, I just want everyone to know this is going to the account Kristina has set up for THEM and them ONLY.
