Helping Lyra get to disney

The little girls name is Lyra and shes 5 years old . She has a genetic eye condition called retinitis pigmentosa. This is damaging her vision. She has an advanced version of this condition and her eyesight is detriating and she will go blind. She is currently registered as severely sight impaired. She has tunnel vision, no depth perception, is colour and night blind. For her to see she needs a lot of light. Her condition is moving fast and I don't think she has long left with vision. Which is why this is be done to help get her to disney before its gone. I am a single parent and trying to do the best I can but I am struggling with the time constraints we have on us. I would be grateful for any help we can get.
