SAVE my family from the war in Gaza - Rafah

Hello my friends, I am Amjad from Gaza. I live with my family consisting of my mother and 5 brothers, and I have two children.

Last year, my son Misbah graduated from kindergarten. I was very happy with him and celebrated him with my family. Now my children are living in very difficult conditions, as there is no house to live in. The occupation destroyed our house and killed 3 of my family, my father and 2 of my brothers. We miraculously left the house. Everything of our dreams and memories that we had built inside the house were destroyed. My family members went with them.

I truly cannot express to you the extent of the suffering of living here. We live in a tent in the open in the city of Khan Yunis

We find it difficult to provide water and food

My children cannot accept this bitter reality in life. They are not to blame for what is happening. My children have the right to complete education and live a decent life like the rest of the children in the world. Today, children as young as 5 years old help me light firewood so we can prepare food

After the occupation destroyed our house, I became the breadwinner for my brothers’ children who were killed by the occupation. I am the one who takes care of them. As you can see in the picture, there are many children. Truly, this is not an easy responsibility.

That's why I wanted to share our suffering with you

So we want to get out of here to go to a safe place for me and my family As you know, the cost of exiting Gaza via the Rafah crossing is $5,000

We have the right to live a decent life. I want the children to enroll in their schools to complete their education These children are not to blame!! So I have a lot of hope that my words will have a great impact on your support for us
