Helping Kids Get Through Some Tough Times
If anyone saw Kyron’s story before the Collingwood v Port Adelaide game last night, you were probably in tears. Having been dealt a cruel hand in life, the Collingwood Footy Club gave Kyron a night he wouldn’t forget.
The two questions I get asked about my appearance are “how long have you had your dreads?” And “when are you cutting them off?” Well the first answer is half my life (18 years), and the second is Saturday November 2.
I always said (even before our daughter came along), that I would use this time to raise money for a children’s charity. Kids being given a rough go at life for absolutely no reason just doesn’t sit well with me. So after watching Kyron’s story last night, that’s when I decided the time has come.
Obviously I would like to raise as much money as possible for the Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation so dig deep. 100% of proceeds raised by the foundation go into the hospital.
