Helping Kathy's (Mom) dreams come true!

Hey all! It's Kiki, Kathy's daughter. For those of you who don't know me, I recently became engaged to the most wonderful man... and he just so happens to be English! We decided to have our official wedding in his beautiful English hometown called Lytham St Annes, along the beautiful windy coastline in the spring of next year.

As many of you know, my mom is severely crippled and has been since I was only six years old. She has had seven surgeries, and she now owns a spine made mostly of screws and metal. She lives in constant pain, but has never lost her spirit! She is the kindest, most loving soul that has ever walked this earth, and she has never let her situation dictate her happiness.

Unfortunately because of her injuries I've rarely been able to travel much further than the grocery store with my mom, let alone to another country! She has always dreamed of traveling and seeing castles, drinking in pubs, seeing the English countryside, and simply meeting people she may never encounter elsewhere... we all know how she loves to make new friends! We are truly hoping to make this her chance! If we can purchase her a First-class ticket with a lay-flat bed, she will be able to make the trip without excruciating pain, and frankly, have the experience of a lifetime! Laying down is the only possible way for her to spend over 7 hours on a plane, but at this point, we simply can't afford the $5,000 price tag.

So this is me, asking all of you, to please help! My mother wishes nothing more than to see me get married, and I want nothing more than to give her the chance to see the world. A dream she has had for ages, but she never saw as a reality! Any little bit helps, and if we can even earn just some of the cost of the ticket we hope we can get her there! If you know Kathy, Kak, Mom, then you know she deserves this more than anyone. Help me make her dream come true!!
