I started working with Kat a few years ago and very quickly a strong friendship formed. Kat is hilarious, determined, she’s hardworking and selfless and more than anything, she is incredibly caring and devoted - especially to her friends and family. As many of you know, her mom, Tina, is currently facing some health challenges, which unfortunately means she most likely will not be coming out of the hospital. We are creating this campaign as a way to raise some money for Kat to help ease the burden of regular household expenses, gas and meals while she spends time travelling to and from the hospital and away from home, and to help alleviate just some of the stress that comes from having a loved one in palliative care.
