Our friend John faced a huge unexpected cost last month due to bats deciding his attic was their home. These bats also decided that they were not going to pay rent, and John had to get help to evict them - which was not cheap. 
After this large expense, he is having to harshly rearrange his budget, including cutting some important medical costs.
