"It’s with a heavy heart that we share the news that our beloved Hannah passed away on 28 December, surrounded by her precious children at home. Her courage and love will stay with us forever.

Hannah’s final moments were filled with the people she loved most. She’s left behind two beautiful children, aged 7 and 11, who she adored.
