i have decided I will be running 75k in march to raise money and awareness for people affected by Dementia, a condition that impacts millions of individuals and families around the world. Dementia gradually affects memory, thinking, and everyday functioning, making even simple tasks increasingly difficult. a few close people in my family have been affected by this awful disease and it hurts knowing you loose them more and more every day. As much as I hate running it is for a great cause so I’d appreciate any donations no matter how big or small they are it is all makes the difference. Thanks for reading
