Eloisa (my cousin) was in the 12th week of her pregnancy when she got the zika virus affecting the health of her baby boy Emiliano. The doctors advised she could interrupt her pregnancy and she decided not to. 

Emiliano was born on the 38th week and after 1 month and a half, the size of his brain stopped growing at the normal pace and the doctors confirmed he had microcephally due to the zika virus his mom had during her pregnancy. 

Its been a tough year where Emiliano has received therapies of different sources, exams and treatments that unfortunately, haven't shown an improvement in his quality of life.

Emiliano's  parents want to provide him a treatment in Ecuador, that has shown great results in other babies with similar conditions. Due to Emi's condition and the tough process him and his parents have gone through, they are seeking for help... ANY help to fund this treatment. 

We - his loved ones, arranged this campaign to help fund Emi's treatment in Ecuador. 

We want to help and contribute to  a better quality of life for our Emiliano.
