Hello friends!
FERNHURST FALCONS FC U12s need your help!
Our lovely boys, who are aged between 10-12 years old, have an incredible opportunity open to them...
They are going to the home of CHELSEA FC to play football!!
Not only will they be spending the day playing in matches on the stadium pitch of Stamford Bridge, but they will experience all the perks of professional football match days; tunnel line ups, pro changing rooms and even having their names announced on the stadium PA!
The excitement is mounting!
But we need some help to get them there...
Hiring a mini van is the largest cost we face at nearly £900 for the day, but we really want to make this a day to remember, so we are also hoping to treat the team to a celebratory meal after the tournament too,... just to glaze the day with an extra touch of glory!
Can you help?
Honestly, every single penny would be appreciated. £1, £2, even 50p. We would be grateful for the smallest amount (but if you can donate a little more that would be amazing!).
The boys have all worked SO HARD this last season and are doing exceptionally well in their league, but this day is not just about football. This is about celebrating children's dreams and supporting them whilst they navigate an age where we find ourselves all drowning in screen time. This day is to commend our boys as they choose to play football over sitting in front of the Playstation, where they are choosing to keep their bodies active and their minds engaged with reality. This is a day to celebrate imaginations everywhere, to uplift their souls and to promote the message - 'anything is possible'!
They are truly a wonderful, supportive, passionate bunch of young men, consistently respectful and considerate of one another. Their collaborative nature has seen them fire up the league and we could not be prouder! Of course, none of this would be possible without our 'coach extraordinaire', Mr Tristan Rissik, whose dedication to the team is truly second to none! Thank you Tristan!
