Helping build a safe space for Adalyn
Donation protected
Hello,
As many of you may know Adalyn Skinner went missing on May 30th around 3:45 p.m.
Adalyn was playing in her backyard as normal and went off her normal routine and got lost. Upon calling 911, many many search and rescue teams came together to provide assistance. Along with SAR many community members and surroundings came together to assist as well. After what seemed to have been a lifetime Adalyn was found around 12:30 p.m. on May 31, trying to get into a home. With some minor cuts and scrapes Adalyn was okay! Just needing some food, drink and a big hug from family.
Adalyn loves nature, exploring and the world around us. We would like to help create a safe space for adalyn in her backyard for her to be able to explore!
I know many many people have already come together in hopes of providing their time to help as well as donating!
We have created a group on Facebook called help build a safe space for adalyn.
Some ideas for her space would be:
-fenced in yard
-pavement (miss Adalyn loves chalk and drawing, at the moment she uses her shed doors to draw with chalk, also helps with getting rid of large rocky surface)
-outdoor garden (she can grow her own little flowers to play with)
-sand/sandbox
-bubble station (adalyn loves bubbles!)
-water play equipment (adalyn loves the Brooks and streams)
-outdoor benches/chairs
-sensory seeking/friendly equipment
Like I said these are just some ideas for a safe space. Any help is certainly wanted!
Let's come together and build a safe space for miss Adalyn
