Helping a Strong Woman Through a Difficult Time

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out during an incredibly difficult time for our family. My stepdad, Todd, passed away unexpectedly, leaving my mom to face this heartbreaking loss and the overwhelming responsibilities that come with it.

My mom is one of the strongest, most hard-working people I know. She owns her own small business and has always done everything she can to care for others. Now, she’s facing this new reality alone — managing her home, business, and all the household expenses without the partner she counted on.

I'm starting this GoFundMe to help ease some of the financial pressure while she navigates through this loss. In addition to everyday expenses, there are several home projects Todd had started or planned to fix that now need attention. The windows in the house are no longer airtight and need to be replaced before next winter. The water well has been losing pressure and may need to be replaced or repaired soon. Todd had also started work on the bathroom floor, which was taken up but never finished, and now needs to be completed.

The funds raised will go toward helping my mom manage these home repairs, support her small business, and relieve some of the financial burden she’s facing on her own.
