Helping a Strong Mama and Her Amazing Family

On September 16, 2024, my sister Amanda Corso and her husband welcomed their son into the world earlier than expected—at just 23 weeks and 1 day. He’s a tiny but mighty fighter in the NICU, and we’re all cheering him on every step of the way. My sister is also the incredible mom to a one-year-old with spina bifida who has already faced multiple surgeries (with more ahead), a bright and curious three-year-old daughter, and a loving ten-year-old son.

Since early September, complications with her pregnancy meant she had to stop working and spend time in the hospital. Now, as her family adjusts to this new journey, they’re facing financial changes from medical bills, everyday expenses, and preparing for the holidays. It’s a lot to manage, but she’s meeting it all with strength and love for her kids.
