I am starting this fundraiser to support someone who means an incredible amount to me and who would never ask for help on his own.

My best friend’s parents recently lost their jobs after years of dedicated work (5 years for his father and 10 years for his mother) when their company changed management. Due to their immigration status, they have been left without stable employment and with very limited options moving forward.

In response, my friend has taken on the responsibility of supporting his entire household — covering rent, utilities, groceries, and other essential expenses to keep his family stable during this difficult transition. While he has stepped up with strength and determination, the financial burden has become overwhelming for one person to carry alone.

I am hoping our community can come together to offer support during this challenging time. Any contribution, no matter the size, will go directly toward rent, basic living expenses, and helping his family regain stability as they work toward new opportunities.
