Hello everyone my name is Roman vargas. I recently ran in to a problem with my living situation. That was until I was connected to lady who goes by name lynda. Lynda is a 77 year old lady who lives in a mobile home in west covina. Lynda opened her house to me with welcome arms. Lynda had 4 sons who unfortunately passed on. Lynda is disabled and lives off social security. I'm currently renting a room from her and when I was talking to her she was telling me the managers get on her case about her house and is in fear of receiving fines or getting in trouble or worse. Eviction. All of you know I also disabled and these past couple days have been attempting as much cleaning and help as I can do. Money is drying up fast and I can't help her the way I want. The sole reason I am making this gofund me is to directly route it to the make over and any renovations the house need, heres some of reasons:

She needs to fix her roof due to old age/rotting. 

Her room and my room only have one working outlet and the back half needs to be rewired due to Mickey mouse work which was done and scammed her due to old age. 

Central air no longer works.

Bathrooms and room needs new fixtures/fans. 

Bathrooms need new sinks

Entire mobile home needs to be painted. 

Bottom trim needs to be repaired/replaced. 

Side yard needs to be redone.

New stairs on side and back of house need to be redone. 

And I would like to help her out with any bills she needs. 


I currently started with some money I had put away for a rainy day and I thought how of a better way than to spend it than to help this caring lady out. Any donations would help and to be honest I don't even know if 10.000 is enough but it'll be a great start. 

I just wanna make this lady's life easier since she helped mine.
