Help4Harry 106km Ultra Marathon

Nearly a decade on, I am dusting off my trainers once again and stretching out the old legs to raise funds for my Godson Harry who inspires me everyday with his fight against Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

This Godmother will attempt to tackle the hilly coastline of the Isle of Wight on 4/5th May and speed walk 106km.

Since training in December 100’s of hours have been spent walking in the rain, sleet, hail and occasional sunshine.

Blisters have formed, muscles have ached however……Harry recently took part in a 10K. He completed this, self propelling in his wheelchair all by himself. So.... if he can push himself through those gruelling kilometres then so can I!
