Help Zoe & Hannah Buy A House!

Hello! Zoe & I are finally going to try to get ourselves a home and put down some roots, here in Spokane, where my Mom & Dad also reside. We have been renting and moving around for Zoe's entire life, living in 4 different cities and over 15 different neighborhoods in the last decade. Zoe is going into middle school next year, and I have a solid job and we would like to stay put until she graduates from high school, if not beyond.
Our lease on our current apartment is going to lapse at the end of August. I have pre-applied for and been approved for a home loan and can also qualify for down payment assistance programs, due to my income level, 1st time home buyer status, and because I'm a single parent. That just leaves us needing the earnest money of 1% of the purchase price, ($2000) plus the home inspection fee ($350-400). We will need these funds by mid-July at the latest in order to close and get into a house by the time our lease ends.
I have managed to set aside $1,000 of the $2500 we will need. I'm also searching for a second job to work in addition to my full time position, and have put in multiple applications, but no bites yet. As time closes in, I've had several friends suggest I put my needs out into the world. No pressure whatsoever, but any help offered would be spectacularly appreciated by our little family! My 31st birthday is July 11th, so I am setting that as the date by which I hope to have the funds raised and start looking for our new home.
