Help ZIon Ford's family

In February 2016 my son Zion ford (6 yrs old) was diagnosed with cancer called "neuroblastoma " on the left side of his neck, this has been a devastating journey. He had surgery on his neck to remove the tumor which was an success so we thought. He was living cancer free until his 3rd month check up. The cancer had not only came back but crossed the side of his body and had spread to his bone marrow ,making him stage 4. He has been getting chemotherapy and blood transfusions throughout these pass several months , Which consists of traveling to CHKD twice a week on his good days to clinic and spending a week for chemo then go home to just have to come back because of fevers 4days later. Because of this intense treatment  i had to quit both jobs as an assistant teacher at a daycare facility and CNA postion . His dad is working full time job trying to make ends meet. We had been getting zion back and forth in our car which has just died on us, making it hard to get back and forth to get his treatments.
