Help Zeta's Mom Fight Cancer

Hi, my name is Zeta and I am raising funds for my mom's cancer treatments. Honestly, before finding out, I had always thought that the prospect of anyone in my family having cancer was little to none, almost like it wasn't even an option. When I found out, it was like my whole world crumbled. The idea of not having my mom in my life, shouting at me when I made stupid mistakes, celebrating with me when I achieved something or not being able to be there when I got married terrifies me to my core.

I tried my best not to think about it or avoid it, but my parents struggle with money to provide for my family and I am only 24, not making enough money to help them. I want to help, but I'm not sure how. I'm their oldest child and my little brothers aren't old enough to help out. It feels like I am at a limbo, useless in this situation just watching my family struggle. That's why I am making this GoFundMe, even if it is a small possibility that I could do something to help my mom get the treatments she needs, I don't mind as long as I try my best. I need your help. Even if it is a small donation, I just want my mom to get better.

I know you have all probably heard every sob story about someone struggling like this. I have too and I used to think it was just another thing to get people to feel sorry for them and for them to profit off misfortunes. I never realized how hurt and desperate you feel when you are on the other side. It's terrifying and lonely not being able to help the people you love, every life is important and even though we just think it's another story. To someone else, it's their whole world.
