ZGR MISSION STATEMENT
Zehr Goat Ranch’s mission is to provide a loving and supportive home for retired farm animals, provide healing experiences for veterans, and outdoor experiences for the public with a focus on best sustainability practices for the community of Eagle County, Colorado.
We envision a world where animals are free from abuse and neglect and always have enough food to eat. A world where we wouldn’t need troops to fight wars and wouldn’t need therapy for invisible wounds. A world where all humans have enough food and clean water and energy free of a carbon footprint.

Other things to note
Out here in the Mountains (pronounced: Maht-Nz), there is no internet service and spotty cell reception at the cabin. We use walkies (provided) to communicate with each other at those altitudes*. In town there's internet access/WiFi via cafes and cellular service returns to normal.
*Altitude: Please be prepared for the change at these heights. It's good to take things slow, besides, that's why we're here, right?
