Help Zakia and Her Kids Escape Danger
Donation protected
This is Shukria and I live in the USA. I’m an Afghan newcomer refugee who lives by myself. My sister Zakia ran away from Afghanistan with her 2 kids after losing her husband to the Taliban. She was under threat from them; the Taliban beat her and sexually abused her, and she was forced to marry one of them.
We’re Hazara, an ethnic group that the Taliban is against. They’re trying to remove and kill all Hazara people in different places such as schools, hospitals, and sports venues. If you google #stopHazaraGenocide in Afghanistan, you’ll see all the oppression and torture that has happened to these people. Finally, she found a way to run away and hide herself in Pakistan. I’m trying to fill out humanitarian parole for her to get her here with her 2 kids (5 years old and 6 years old), but the application fee is $690 per person. I’m asking if you can donate some money and help her get out of that dark life because she and her kids need to live their lives.
She’s not educated, doesn’t know the language, and cannot work. She’s behind on bills, and I really can’t handle the amount and all the payments here in the USA and her payments. I wonder if you could help me out with her payments.
Thank you.
