I am Lubna Fayez Abu oun 31 years old, from Gaza City_ Palestine.
I'm an engineer, wife, and mother of two children, Zaid Abu Mousa 4 years old, and Sanad Abu Mousa 1 and a half years old.
My husband's name is Ahmad shihda Abu Mousa, 32 years old , he is engineer also.
Our happy family before the war
My husband and I dreamed of a house of our own and a beautiful future for our children. A year ago, we began to realize the dream and bought a beautiful small apartment, in a suitable place to raise our children, and we enrolled Zaid in kindergarten
Now we are residing in a poor tent in Khan Yunis, in another governorate far from our home and our dream, where there are no worse conditions than what we are living in now.

The story of our displacement began at dawn on the sixth day of the war on the Gaza Strip. We and our children woke up terrified to heavy bombing on the area in Gaza were we live, So we left our home and headed to a nearby Orthodox cultural center, hoping it would be safe, but it wasn't, so we fled to Khan Yunis in my husband’s family house in a camp, but the situation was worrying in the camp due to the crowded houses and the dilapidated condition of the house, so we fled again to Deir al-Balah, and again to Khan Yunis.
A month later, in the west of Khan Yunis, the army arrived at the area where we were located and fired shells at the house that was sheltering us, but thank God we left the house safely in the early hours of the morning after a difficult night full of horrific events and screaming children.
Again we moved to a tent in Rafah, but the situation was miserable, So we headed again to another tent in Khan Yunis, where we are now staying in difficult conditions.
The water is polluted, there is no electricity, or privacy, and diseases are widespread among children, despite the cold weather at night and very hot during the day, which is full of insects, especially flies.
Our house was a big dream since we got married, and now we have left it behind us to survive with our children.
We know after that the Israeli soldiers entered our house and destroyed everything in it.

realizing I and my husband were unable to do anything as we saw our memories and dreams shattered. We found ourselfs trapped in despair and frustration, because we fear for our children the danger of death from war, hunger, or disease, and we only think about feeding and protecting them since the war began.
And what is make the situation worse that my husband traveled and I am alone now with two children, so I am so exhausted trying to keep Zaid and Sanad safe and healthy and struggling to provide them with food, diapers and medication.

I believe that light is born from the heart of darkness so I have now embarked to find a new path outside of Gaza to seek freedom and a better life.
I created th GoFundMe account with the help of my friend "Jawhara Chloe' Dridi" from Denmark, she will receive the funds in her bank account, then she will send money to my husband in Egypt
By this money we will able us to
- leave Gaza to Egypt, by Ahmad help, he will register us in Egyption government for travel.
- Improving our livelihood in Gaza by purchasing food and drinking supplies, medicine, clothes and other necessities.
- Paying the house rent in Egypt for Ahmed and helping him live until he finds work.
* The total amount of money we want to raise is approximately $25,000US dollars, which equals nearly 175,000 kr.
The official Egyptian government agency requires $6,000 per adult, and $3,000 per children (for those under 16 years old ) for safe evacuation to Egypt.
* $6,000 for 1 adults and $6,000 for two child.
About my husband "Ahmad"in egypt he need: *6000$ to repay money borrowed for travel.
*2000$ nearly to pay the apartment rent for 5 months in Egypt and fulfill the basic requirements until he finds job.

*The remaining funds will be allocated towards essential day to day expenses such as food, water and a shelter or the family until the conflict subsides, and for few.
