Dear Brothers and Sisters,

My name is Zahra and I am creating this fundraiser with the sincere intention of helping orphans who are in need of care and support. Around the world, many orphans struggle to access basic necessities such as food, clothing, education and healthcare. No child should have to face life alone.

Allah says in the Qur’an:

‎فَأَمَّا الْيَتِيمَ فَلَا تَقْهَرْ

“So as for the orphan, do not oppress him.”

(Qur’an 93:9)

Caring for orphans holds a special place in Islam. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: “I and the one who cares for an orphan will be tighter in Jannah like this.” (Sahih al-Bukhari)

This fundraiser is a form of zakat, sadaqah and lillah, seeking the pleasure of Allah, hoping for barakah in this life and reward in the akhirah. Your contribution, every donation, no matter how small, can help provide essentials, restore dignity and remind these children that they are not forgotten.

May Allah place this effort on our scales of good deeds, bring comfort to the heart of these orphans and grant immense rewards to all those who are supporting them. Ameen.
