hello friends & loved ones in the digital space. i am reaching out because these last few months have been full of change (both good & not so good) & I am in need of some extra support. I recently moved from Oakland to Maine to attend a graduate film program for the fall semester. Over the summer, I also suffered from an illness & intense ankle injury. Currently, I am still navigating caring for my sustained injury via acupuncture, exploring physical therapy options for muscle atrophy, and resting while in a full-time graduate program. i am also unsure of my next steps after my program, and am currently in the process of applying for jobs and trying to figure out my next steps after my lease ends in December.

these funds would help me pay my rent for the rest of the semester, cover my co-pays for medical appointments, and pay off some of my recent credit card bills. i am endlessly grateful that I am able to lean on community to get me through this transition period of my life <3
