Hi friends! I am starting this GoFundMe for a family that is very close to me. Recently, Zach experienced the worst seizure of his life. This caused a 32-day stay in the Neuro ICU. During this stay, he ended up needing to go on life support/ventilator. There were moments when he seemed to be improving, only to take a turn for the worse, facing complications including sepsis, kidney and liver failure, aspiration pneumonia, and several other infections. It has been the most frightening experience for this family.

Zach has been hospitalized for a little over a month now. Everyone is beyond grateful and relieved to share that Zach is now out of the ICU and in rehab. His kidneys are healing and no longer require dialysis, his liver is recovering, and the infections have cleared. He will need extensive rehab due to his already complicated history with cerebral palsy and hemiparesis, and being so still in a bed for so long while on the vent. He’s awake, alert, getting back to his silly, sweet self, and making progress every day!

Zach is a 27-year-old lifelong Buffalo Bills fan and a true fighter. Born a 25-week premature triplet with special needs and developmental delays, he has faced countless challenges in life. Yet he refuses to let these obstacles define him. He plays sports and is a Special Olympics athlete. Sports and the Bills aren’t just hobbies for him — he lives and breathes them. Most of his clothing is Bills gear, and his love for the team is infectious.

One of Zach’s biggest dreams has always been to meet Josh Allen or any member of the Bills team, and he has never been to a game. The family has promised him that when he is better, they will go to a game — because life is too short to wait to do the things you love.

If you know football, you know how expensive tickets are… I am hoping to raise enough money so that he can attend a Bills game! Zach is a true inspiration and this would mean the absolute WORLD to him!
