Help young mother and her family!

My name is Nancy. I am a mother to a 5 year-old and 9-year-old. I am also taking care of my mother who has schizophrenia and my siblings who are 15-and 17-years old. We had to leave our apartment in San Francisco because it wasn't safe for us there and are now living in an area with little support. I am not able to work outside the home right now while I'm caring for my family, so I am looking for some help to keep food on the table and rent paid until schools open and I can start working again. I came here from Honduras seeking safety and I am so grateful to the United States. Thank you for thinking of me and my family during this really hard time in our lives.
