Help Yessenia Keep Her Family Together

Hello my name is Yessenia, I made this account for my family. I am currently dealing with court custody of my youngest child. My daughter has been with me her whole life. I have been in court fighting for my daughter for over a year. He has made our life hell. I am a single mom trying to make a better life for my family. We are only in court because of him.

He has an active criminal case going on. Yet the court keeps over looking his actions and behavior. A Guardian was appointed to our case and she has not helped one bit. Instead the judge and guarding have been on his side since day one. I can not afford court at all. The Guardian is demanding payment from me but I have no money. My Childs dad has stopped paying child support which has made things harder for me financially. It has gotten to the point where I was told if i do not pay my balance to the guardian I will be held in contempt of court and taken to jail.

I am the only consistent person and stable person in my daughters life. Yet they threaten to take me away from my family. I have put myself in debt by taking out loans to pay the court yet its not enough. I hate asking for help but I am at the end of my rope. I am asking for help to raise money so I can stay with my family and to keep court off my back.
