Help Wrenley and Family in Their Time of Need

Donation protected

Hi, my name is Angie, Bianca's stepmother, Nana of little Wrenley.
Bianca's water ruptured in the early morning of Thursday, April 10th. She was flown by airplane to Sanford Sioux Falls, where she was to stay until having Wrenley. They were giving her medicine to stop contractions and giving her antibiotics to avoid infection since her water was ruptured. They said they wanted Wrenley to stay in until April 20th, then they would induce labor at 34 weeks gestation. Bianca went into labor Sunday morning, April 13th, labored for 5 hours, bleeding and losing more amniotic fluid during this time. They wouldn't do anything about the bleeding and said it is normal. Labor stopped after the five hours with major contractions about every hour. During this whole time, Wrenley's heart rate would drop, which they called variables, and we were told if she kept having variables, they would induce. They didn't do anything.
Monday, April 14th hits, and Bianca is in full-fledged labor, and Wrenley was born and taken to NICU for breathing. Fast forward to now, she was transferred from Sanford main NICU to the Castle, Children's Hospital. Bianca and David showed up there Friday night with Wrenley's feeding machine going off. It went off for 30 minutes until a nurse showed up. They are supposed to be giving her breast milk but were giving her formula, stating they don't have any breast milk, which was not so, so they lied. They are supposed to give her a bottle, and what she does not finish goes in the feeding tube. Nope, they just put it in her feeding tube.
Saturday, April 26th, Bianca and David went to the Castle as they stay in the Ronald McDonald House and walked into poop being everywhere, on her sleeper, her mat, her sheets, and the blanket she was swaddled in, as well as stuff being caked to her bottom. This is not OK; this is pure neglect. The coordinator was called, nothing was done, just excuses. Questions are being asked and getting different answers. David and Bianca went to lunch and went back, and her breast milk was sitting there. Wrenley is still having breathing spells, which they give her caffeine daily in her morning feeds to make her lungs remember to breathe. She is supposed to be getting weaned from it. With the bottle feeding, the coordinator said they are not worried about it until she's 40 weeks gestational, which is June 1st!!!!! We feel she's not getting the proper care nor the ability to express she is hungry to want a bottle. Hopefully, since things have been brought up, it will change.
Bianca had not worked the majority of her pregnancy due to having weight restrictions and cramping when she was working. She still is off for healing, maternity leave, and is not getting paid. David is the only one working at this time, and obviously, when Bianca's water broke, David had to take off and went back to work the following Tuesday after Wrenley was born. The traveling back and forth to Sioux Falls has been a financial setback along with food. Yes, they have food vouchers, but they are 4 bucks a piece and have 24.00 left. Bills have gotten behind, and food is scarce with the absence of Bianca's income. Money is super tight, and I'm asking if you can find it in your hearts to help these two. Bianca also has a 5-year-old daughter as well that is not allowed to meet her sister while she's in the NICU. By the grace of God, we have been able to help a little, but I am reaching out to you as we also have our own finances to juggle.
I'm also asking for prayers for Wrenley and the rest of us to stay sane in this situation and difficult time. We just want what's best and want Wrenley home. If you can't donate, please share, please pray for her/us.

Thank you kindly.
