Help with Vickey's road to recovery.

Hey guys, it's me Amber. You guys may or may not know, Vickey had a heart attack this last month. We found out that her heart was failing and only functioning at about 15%. It had been a long month with so many ups and downs. Vickey has spent time on a ventilator, an ecmo machine, and has consistently been in the top 10% of the sickest people in the hospital. This last Saturday they put in an LVAD pump as a last resort to give Vickey a chance at life. And so far so good. But she has a long recovery ahead of her, including at least another month stay in the hospital.

I've had several folks reach out to me for ways to help Tory and her family. Today someone asked me if they could send a little money and I thought wow, that's a wonderful idea. We already know that Vickey is going to need some things at home when she gets released from the hospital. We also know that only about half of the meds she is going to need are covered by her insurance. Tory is driving to Okc everyday almost, sometimes more than once a day. And she was looking at getting a little job to help with all these things but has since realized that her moms new journey will require Tory to be her full time caregiver, so she will need to be home. So here I am....starting this gofundme in hopes that our friends, and family, and maybe strangers with a big heart, may want to help make this transition a little easier on Tory and her family.
