Help with solicitor fees to get the twins home

Hi everyone, as some of you know we are currently in a custody battle to get my niece and nephew home. On the 18th of January 2024 my brother came home from work to his babies and ex girlfriend/ baby mum had gone. She took a suitcase, car seats, pram and her own clothes and makeup. No coats for the babies or clothes. This has absolutely broke him and our family as it is coming up to three months since we have seen the babies. We have tried and tried to get in touch with her and her family but she has completely disappeared. She has made new social media’s and blocked all of our family/ friends. We are now going down the right path with solicitors and court, but it is so expensive. My brother tried to go through mediation with her but she denied and claims she is punishing him. She has made so many claims against my brother which none are true. All we all want are the twins home so if anyone could help out it would mean the world and it’s for such a good cause.
