Help with Onawa's Healing Journey.

Hi, my name is Aquene. Some of you may know my Aunt Onawa. She recently went in for a standard hip replacement in April 2025. A month later, she went to her monthly checkup. It was at this appointment her doctor could tell immediately that my aunt had suffered a stroke. It could have occurred anytime during her surgery or anytime after. Thankfully, she survived this massive ordeal and is on the road to recovery, but it will be a long one.

Her plans were to return to work after her hip replacement, but because of the stroke, she unfortunately cannot return to work. We are reaching out to our community, family, and friends for any help they can provide my aunt, so that she can focus on her recovery and reaching some normalcy. Anyone who knows my aunt knows that she is a hard worker, dedicated, and has the biggest heart. Any donations will go directly to my aunt and her household.
