Help with Legal Fees related to Custody

Hi everyone, this GoFundMe was created on behalf of Christina Hillberry, Chloe's aunt and guardian. As most of you are aware, Christina and Chloe lost Cheryl, Christina's sister and Chloe's mom, as well as Tara, Christina's wife, two years ago. These losses were devastating for them both. Christina has not had an opportunity to truly grieve as she has spent the past two years dealing with legal issues related to Trust/Custody. Most of Christina's legal fees and costs related to staying in their home have been paid for through a life insurance policy that she was the beneficiary of, but that insurance policy is now in a blocked account because of the fight over the Trust, and Christina does not have the resources needed to pay for these ongoing legal fees and costs to remain in the home.
