A message from Jolene-

Hi, my name is Jolene, and I’m a mom of three incredible kids who are my entire world.

I never imagined I would be in a position where I’d have to ask for help like this, but right now I’m facing a legal situation that I cannot navigate alone, and the outcome directly affects the stability and safety of my children.

Since late 2024, I’ve been involved in a complicated and ongoing court case. I’ve done everything I can on my own, filing paperwork, showing up to court, and advocating for my kids, but I’ve reached a point where I can’t do this without legal help. The other side has an attorney, and without one, I’m at a serious disadvantage.

Right now, I am facing the possibility of losing our home the place my children feel safe and the only stability they’ve known through all of this. They are aware of what’s happening, and they’ve asked questions no child should have to ask, like “Where will we go?”

As their mom, I am doing everything I can to make sure they don’t have to find out.

I am a stay-at-home mom, and the cost of legal representation is simply more than I can manage on my own. This fundraiser will help me secure an attorney so I can properly advocate for my children and protect our home.

We are hoping to raise $10,000 to cover immediate legal costs and representation.
