My name is Mimi and I have created this Go fund me on behalf of Kristie Payne.

On Tuesday the 18th of July Jett was involved in a horrific crash where his car had slid out on a rainy day hitting a pole that left him with severe injuries. Jett had broken both femurs, his arm and two places in his pelvis. Though his injuries were serious, hopes were high as he was likely to make a full recovery.

In a heart breaking turn of events Jett suffered an embolism post surgery which led him to be put on life support. It’s with an incredibly heavy heart to say that the family had to make the very difficult decision to turn his life support off on Thursday only days later. His shocking and sudden passing has come with immense pain to all those who know and love Jett.

Jett had only just celebrated his 18th birthday and leaves behind his mother Kristie, little brother Ryder, his 7 month old sister Reggie and all of his much loved family and friends.

Jett was a gentle giant with a heart of gold. He was taken far too soon and our hearts were not ready, rest in peace Jett.

Funds raised through this page will be used to reduce the financial burden that Jett’s sudden passing has had on his family. It will help support the immediate needs of his mother and siblings during this difficult time.
