Hi, we are jaysndees. We are a family of 6. We live in sunny QLD Australia. We are the parents (theDees), and 4 children (theJays). That is the basis of our website Jays n Dees
Recently we found out that we will be expecting again sometime in early September 2026. For this, our current living situation will need some improvements.
We own our small acreage situated near Gympie.
We have a decent kitchen set up and a functional bathroom. We have clean water and power too.
The only thing we are lacking, is proper bedrooms for the kids.
We have a mid teen boy, a near 11 year old boy, and boy/girl twins who are currently 4.
I (D1) have plans drawn up for the bedrooms, just not funds.
I am self employed, and have created numerous projects which have been made available on our family oriented website.
D2 works hard at keeping the whole family functional day in and day out.
I would like to build more practical bedrooms for each of the kids, so they have their own private areas that they can call their own, instead of the shared space situation they are currently in.
How will funds be used?
Some of the funds will go towards completion of our main area-
- kitchen/dining area
- lounge room
- storage
Most of the funds will be used to construct the bedroom areas-
- J1 - bedroom relocate, renovate and re-roof
- J2 - bedroom redesign
- J3 and J4 - shared bedroom and toy area construction
And finally,
D1, D2, and the new bubba bedroom renovation to allow for clothes storage and all other necessities for the littlest one.
