Help with brother Dwayne travel home.

Dwayne my brother as you all know, has been struggling with homelessness and mental health issues. It is next to impossible to help get my brother off the streets without going there physically and picking him up and bringing him back to California where I can care for him and get him the mental health services he deserves and needs. He will be able to receive all of his basic needs plus a roof over his head. I I am so blessed to have such a tightknit community here in Santa Barbara that I have already been offered the necessary help that he will need. This is all I want for my brother, and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to get that help to him, but I need to get him from Michigan to California as quickly as possible. I was not expecting the travel expenses that this will impose and it would help out a lot if anyone could chip in to help cover some of these on unexpected texpenses. Unfortunately, with Dwayne‘s deterioration, he is unable to get on a plane or bus by himself without assistance. He is unable to drive by himself, or make any decisions of that nature. I am hoping to get them sooner than later, as it is getting cold in Detroit and he is currently sleeping in an abandoned car wash. Guiding him to a homeless shelter is near impossible as he is unable to comprehend direction or addresses at all. He becomes quickly frustrated and is difficult to understand and direct. Unless you have personal experience with him, he may just come off as being uncooperative or angry. Sadly, this is part of the mental illness and I need to get him medical treatment as soon as possible. Thank you all so much for always being such a great support for me and my family.
