Thank you for visiting the Shandra Rodriguez Dunbar Family Memorial donation page.
On January 18, 2021 the Dunbar family was changed forever. Our sister Shandra who is a Master's Degree recipient, Correctional Officer and rock of her family was at home when she suddenly fell ill. EMS was called immediately, but she unexpectedly lost her life due to a blood clot in her heart.

We are deeply saddened by this sudden tragedy and want to support Shandra's husband Steve
and their six children in any way we can in order to begin the healing process and help
them rebuild. It is different without Shandra, and that has become ever apparent in the past few days. Nights are sleepless and days are weary, but with God they will get through.
