My niece, Megan, recently lost her husband unexpectedly. He passed away from a sudden illness over Thanksgiving weekend. She has been left to raise 6 children ranging in age from 17 to almost 2 years. They have been working on building their own home, and she would like to be able to finish it and raise their children in the home they started together. Money received will go toward his funeral, completing the home, and raising 6 fatherless children. Extended family is helping, but many friends and neighbors have asked if they can help, and we thought this would be a good way to organize donations. Please don’t feel obligated to donate, but any extra funds would be appreciated and would make this transition to unexpected single parenthood much easier.
