Support the creativity of underserved children

The Richards Group has been honored to meet Damon Jamil Tyler and learn more about his organization, We are Family, a youth-focused nonprofit serving southern Dallas communities. Damon’s belief is that it is easier to build strong children than repair broken men. This nonprofit provides children with the tools, support, and pathways they need to help them build better futures for themselves. Their mission is near-and-dear to us. We Are Family Enterprises utilizes music and the performing and creative arts to engage, encourage, educate and empower at-risk youth and their families for future enfranchisement. To champion their creativity and help them get their music program off to a great start, we’re raising funds to help purchase new musical instruments and equipment (saxophone, keyboard, drums, microphones, speakers and a digital camera).
