I have been a caregiver for my mother-in-law for 11 years, giving her the best care I could until she passed away at 98 on April 4, 2026. Now, her daughter wants me to leave, and I have nowhere to go. I am 68 years old, working part-time, and living in a shed in her garage with my three older cats. I have no money saved and am terrified of becoming homeless with my cats, who are my only family.

The funds raised will help me find and secure a safe place for myself and my cats to live. My cats are 13, 14, and 16 years old, and two of them are sick with diabetes and hyperthyroidism. They depend on me for care, and I can't imagine losing them after everything we've been through together. I lost my husband 12 years ago, and now I am facing losing my home as well.
